My current goal is to build a small house for under 10 grand.  Do I think I can do it? Well not really sure yet. Depends on just how much I do and how much I leave for others to do. I have collected a lot of free or near free materials and that should help. I have figured out the Caboose house is the one I will build. I have drawn several versions of the house. The one I will be building is 340 sq ft. I will post plans of the house and pictures during the construction of the house. You will see lists of the materials and the budget as I go.
